PODIATRIST, STUDENT OR RESIDENT ON THIS SITE CAN SUBMIT AN AD FOR A
COMPANY, THE COMPANY MUST SUBMIT THE AD DIRECTLY TO
MANAGEMENT FOR
APPROVAL.
5. ONE AD AT A TIME PER PERSON/ENTITY. ADS MAY BE UPDATED HOWEVER
THE NUMBER OF UPDATES ARE LIMITED.
6. ONLY LICENSED PODIATRISTS, RESIDENTS AND
STUDENTS IN GOOD STANDING MAY PLACE AN AD
7: ONLY ADS FOR THE UNITED STATES CAN BE PLACED.

For Posting Ads for Podiatry Position Available:
It has been determined that there are an increased number of
requests being placed improperly by business's to advertise
for "Podiatrist Position Available", to avoid commercial
advertising fees. Below is the policy intended for this classification
(no exception):
Posting a
commercial AD requires a fee. Commercial AD Banners ARE
AVAILABLE FOR OUT CALLS BY THE TOP OF THE PAGE FOR COMMERCIAL
FEE.
Fee determined by size and type of Ad, amount of copy and
duration of posting.

meeting above criteria for placing Podiatry Position
Available ad will not be posted and challenged.

will result in the advertiser being barred from posting ads
on this free site.

No ad will be
accepted for HOUSE CALLS OR PRECEPTOR SHIP from any other
third party source. INDEPENDENT PODIATRIC CONTRACTORS are
classified as agents of for profit entity unless proved
otherwise.

NOTICE:
All business and classified ads appearing on the exchange are the sole
responsibility of the company or individual posting the ad. Any miss
statements or false information should be reported to the exchange for
their review prior to immediate removal.
Disclaimer: Ads may be
subject to removal upon the discretion of the Exchange when past our time
range for being posted or any other reason deemed appropriate and conducive to the
site. Those who have had an ad removed because of expiration are welcome to re-submit a new ad

Cybersecurity issues, such as but not limited to stolen identities or
compromised emails.
Misrepresentation, fraud, or breach of contract by any party utilizing the
platform.
Any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from use of
The Podiatry Exchange's services.

the accuracy, quality, or legitimacy of products, services, or
representations made by users of its platform and is not responsible for
the outcome of any transactions.
